Brief Profile: Indonesian Diaspora Foundation was established at the Congress of Indonesian Diaspora in Los Angeles, on July 6th – 8th, 2012 by Indonesian diaspora in the United States. IDF is the vehicle for the Indonesian diaspora’s humanitarian efforts and philanthropic activities, focusing in education, empowerment and humanitarian assistance.
IDF is a community-based non-profit organization that is an open and inclusive and serves all without regard to religious, ethnic or political backgrounds. Although, it is currently a US-based organization, it aims to serve Indonesian diaspora communities globally.
IDF is a volunteer-based organization where all board members and officers do not receive any compensation in any forms for their dedication to IDF
