  International diaspora Engagement Alliance (IdEA) Call for concept paper   U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) wants to increase its development impact by partnering with the private sector. Diaspora organizations have an opportunity to be part of this future. These organizations have a chance to build working relationships with USAID by submitting a proposal under the guidelines set forth in the Global Development Alliance Annual Program Statement (GDA APS)'s Diaspora Engagement Addendum.
