Abstract

This dissertation analyzes the experience of the intermediate votes held in Mexico and in particular the case of the binational state of Zacatecas, which has more than half of its population in the United States and participated through the extraterritorial vote that was for the first time electronically, and immersed in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
